Opening hours:
Adoption centre: Open 10am-4pm, Monday-Sunday (open until 6pm Fridays).
Visitor Centre: Open seven days a week, 10am - 4pm.
Admin offices: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Helpline: 9am – 12.30pm and 2pm – 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
